  • Conducted a comprehensive Environmental and Sustainability Survey (E&S Survey) across 22 U.S. offices to establish a baseline for future improvements in energy use and sustainability.
  • High percentage of offices utilize energy-efficient practices such as LED lighting, occupancy sensors, and scheduled HVAC maintenance (per Appendix).

Social Achievements

  • Achieved Mansfield 5.0 Certification Plus Status from Diversity Lab
  • Named 2022 Compass Award winner by LCLD
  • Received the 2022 Gold Standard Certification by the Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF)
  • Launched Foley Best Self wellness initiative focusing on Healthy Body, Healthy Mind, Meaningful Connections, and Fulfilling Careers.
  • Significant pro bono work, including partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America and work on the No One Left Behind initiative.
