Environmental Achievements

  • Replaced 95% of normal bulbs with LEDs (ongoing to achieve the rest in 2024)
  • Installed push-button release valves on public showers, reducing water flow to 10 liters/minute
  • Improved electrical supplies and panel protection, including transformer protections, earth pit systems, power factor corrections, and earth leakage protections
  • Replaced CAC chiller condensing coils from aluminum to copper to avoid refrigerant leakage and conserve energy
  • Resetting chillers and boilers temperatures control according to ambient temperature
  • Installed new filtration pumps timers to control electricity consumption
  • Replaced old fluorescent light fixtures with LEDs, achieving 90% electricity savings
  • Planting more palm trees on the beach
  • Reduced Chemicals usage and conserve the use of chemicals in all aspects as (pest control, pools, irrigation, etc.)
