Environmental Achievements
- Replaced 95% of normal bulbs with LEDs (ongoing to achieve the rest in 2024)
- Installed push-button release valves on public showers, reducing water flow to 10 liters/minute
- Improved electrical supplies and panel protection, including transformer protections, earth pit systems, power factor corrections, and earth leakage protections
- Replaced CAC chiller condensing coils from aluminum to copper to avoid refrigerant leakage and conserve energy
- Resetting chillers and boilers temperatures control according to ambient temperature
- Installed new filtration pumps timers to control electricity consumption
- Replaced old fluorescent light fixtures with LEDs, achieving 90% electricity savings
- Planting more palm trees on the beach
- Reduced Chemicals usage and conserve the use of chemicals in all aspects as (pest control, pools, irrigation, etc.)
- Calibration of control and monitor gauges and measuring units
- New water meters installed for laundry & Pool pump room to monitor and control the water consumption for saving purpose
