- Implemented waste management programs at Bulyard Shipbuilding Industry and Dockyad Port – Bourgas.
- Elprom ZEM holds ISO 14001:2004 certification for environmental safety and ecological production.
- ZMM Sliven has a dedicated swarf unit for recycling and a lubricant unit for secondary processing of used lubricants.
Social Achievements
- Employs over 3,100 people.
- Maintains good relations with labor unions, with collective labor contracts in 40% of companies.
- Provides various forms of employee education and training, including a professional training center at Bulyard SI.
- Restored and expanded an 80-bed boarding house for workers at Bulyard SI.

- Maintaining and upgrading aspiration systems at Elprom ZEM.
