- Eurocentrum Office achieved Platinum LEED certification; Warsaw Financial Center achieved LEED Gold; Equator IV Offices achieved BREEAM Very Good; replaced older heating systems with natural gas systems in apartment building renovations; improved thermal insulation in buildings.
- Mayhouse office building in Prague completed, offering almost 8,000 sqm of leasable space with energy-efficient solutions.
