Environmental Achievements

  • Maximized energy efficiency and minimized electricity usage and environmental impact in the construction of its 325,000 square foot administrative building, using features such as north/south building orientation, water conservation methods, window glazing, and low VOC paints.
  • Implemented a Trip Reduction Program, providing incentives for carpooling or public transportation.
  • Provided a telecommute option for a significant number of positions.
