  • Decarbonisation of seven hotels owned by the Hospitality & Leisure Fund.
  • Investment in energy improvement measures in Azora European Hotel & Leisure reducing annual energy consumption by 25% (4,300 MWh/year) and 1,100 tCO2 per year.
  • Reduction of 2,300 tCO2 per year through energy performance certificate improvements in Nestar Residencial.
  • All new Brisa assets feature an Energy Performance Certificate rating of A and will be LEED or BREEAM certified.

Social Achievements

  • Launched a new investment vehicle with a sustainability target in accordance with Article 9 of the European Union’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
