  • Limited follow-up systems for the supply chain among some suppliers not covered by the Openness Act.
  • Challenges in mapping sub-suppliers and obtaining reliable reports without dedicated resources.
Mitigation Strategies
  • Established minimum requirements for suppliers, including signing a Code of Conduct, providing contact persons, having a system for following up on ethical guidelines, ensuring goods meet Nordic market standards, ensuring traceability, providing access to information on working conditions, and preventing negative environmental impacts.
  • Terminated relationships with 2 Asian suppliers due to insufficient risk management practices.
  • Prioritizing future orders with suppliers having experience in risk management and ethical guideline compliance or using recognized third-party auditing organizations.
  • Active collaboration with the sports industry to continue mapping the industry and identify potential problem areas.
