Environmental Challenges

  • The Company’s ability to continue its operations and to realize assets at their carrying values is dependent upon its ability to fund its existing acquisition and exploration commitments on its exploration and evaluation projects when they come due, which would cease to exist if the Company decides to terminate its commitments, and to cover its operating costs.
  • The pandemic could continue to have a negative impact on the stock market, including trading prices of the Company’s shares and its ability to raise new capital.
Mitigation Strategies
  • The Company may be able to generate working capital to fund its operations by the sale of its exploration and evaluation projects or raising additional capital through equity markets.
