Environmental Achievements

  • Provided all customer-facing IT operations in a centralized infrastructure concept hosted in several energy-efficient data centres powered by green renewable hydro-powered energy
  • Limited paper consumption through the introduction of web- and mobile-based solutions for customers for viewing of pay slips and reports, thus reducing paper printing
  • Implemented printer systems where documents are not printed unless the user logs in to pick up the printed document
  • Developed an app (launched in early 2022) as part of People-Hub, to help track and visualize CO2 footprint from commuting and business travel

  • Employee engagement continues to be at an all-time high
  • Women are well represented in all the Group’s companies and units, comprising 60% of the workforce

  • Negative impacts from the full-year effect of Covid-19, which resulted in lower transaction volumes (e.g. travel controls) and less change orders and project revenue from existing customers within Managed Services, as well as less new business generation within Professional Services

Mitigation Strategies
  • Established numerous countermeasures both of a technical and organizational nature, including a dedicated Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC)
