The board believes that if the present rights issue is fully subscribed, which means that the company receives net proceeds of approximately SEK 65.7 million, liquid assets and equity will be sufficient to, with the current operations, be able to carry out the concluding parts of the company's preclinical program for CG01 and the initiated in vivo studies in the lipodystrophy project CGT2.
CombiGene intends to secure the company's insurance cover before each planned preclinical and clinical study, but there will most likely be limitations in the scope and amount of the insurance cover for each planned study.
CombiGene has systems for making reconciliations every month in order to report in the project.
