Social Achievements
- 每年於永續發展管理審查會議中進行人權風險評估,依該評估持續根據法規進行人權風險減緩措施
- 提供員工選擇職業之自由,不會扣留員工的身分證件或繳納押金做為雇用或強迫工作的條件。依法保護童工及未成年工工作時數與工作內容。依法安排工時、加班、例假與休假。並落實休假制度,年初告知休假時數並鼓勵員工排休。依法支付給員工工資,加班費及法定福利,不預扣工資作為違約金或賠償之用。每月分二次定期發給薪資。禁止任何惡劣、不人道待遇與性騷擾、依法制定管理性騷擾防治辦法,並提供申訴管道。不會因為任何因素歧視員工,尊重同仁不同的信仰,並提供必要支持。尊重員工依法自由結社,或於勞資會議中進行協商。提供良好安全舒適的工作環境,聘用專任清潔人員打掃環境,定期整理冷氣及水塔維持適當溫度。供應中午晚上兩餐員工餐,讓員工能定時用餐免於奔波無法妥善休息。每年定期健康檢查並提供健康諮詢,分級管理及過勞預防。定期進行人因性、職安評估,持續改善工作環境。遵守個資法之規定,並制定「個人資料保護管理辦法」,保護員工隱私。

- 全球新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)疫情影響新案開發速度緩慢,案件停滯不前甚或是直接取消開發
- 中美貿易衝突未見減緩,主要客戶幾乎都已移動生產基地到東南亞國家,出口與物流運籌成本陡增
- 疫情導致航運交通紊亂,運量緊張,運費飛漲,增加物流運籌的困難
- 金屬加工產業進入門檻較低,同業間競爭激烈,大陸廠商技術已有相當水準,競爭者幾乎都在海外設廠,並以接近客戶的優勢侵蝕訂單
- 歐美通膨加劇,材料成本無法回跌到疫情前水準
- 美國與中國在貿易衝突狀況預計將延續,美國所有政策都仍不利外銷商品進入美國;另外歐洲烏克蘭與俄羅斯戰爭預期將會延續,造成能源與戰略物資如鋁、銅、石油等價格無法回復到平穩供應狀態;實體經濟過去三年來受到新型冠狀病毒疫情影響極大,加上大宗物資及供應鏈問題造成的成本居高不下,估計需要數年時間才能回到過去的榮景。美國聯準會升息以抑制通膨將使台幣匯率走勢朝貶值方向發展,預期112年升息腳步將會放緩。但原物料價格飆漲將會是經營的一大變數,市場預期112年仍會因為各種因素不斷推升原物料價格。至於工資方面,因基本工資水準上揚,人工成本將會墊高,而本公司員工平均年資較深,勞動力新陳代謝較慢,整體薪資較高,也將是經營的的不利因素之一。
