Mitigation Strategies
- Two price adjustments to adapt to current market conditions and ensure reasonable and competitive profit margins.
- Applying for technical considerations (pertek) from the Ministry of Industry when importing.
- Implementing strict and consistent health protocols in line with local government policies.
- Supporting and assisting all employees to participate in vaccinations.
- Directing a portion of sales to cash sales for PATTA and PTA brand products with discounts of 2-3% to maintain cash flow.
