  • PFO₂ is the first SCPI to integrate environmental objectives into its investment and management strategy (since 2009). For each asset acquired within 8 years, the objective is to reduce annual energy consumption by 40% (or reach a threshold of 200 kWhEP/m²/year) and annual water consumption by 30%.
  • PERIAL Asset Management participated in the creation of Beeotels, solitary bee hotels, in partnership with BEEODIVERSITY on four sites of the SCPI PFO₂ to improve local biodiversity.
