Environmental Achievements

  • 2021年度の国内グループ会社のスコープ1、2合計のCO2排出量は、前年度比8.3%減相当の187,928t-CO2だった。店内照明の全店LED化、省エネ型空調等の環境負荷が少ない設備の新店導入、静岡県の三保工場における自家再生エネルギー(太陽光パネル発電)の利用開始などの導入効果によるもの。

Social Achievements

  • グループ横断的な「女性活躍推進プロジェクト」を設置。社内ロールモデルの講演、グループ内の女性社員交流会を定期的に開催(15回)。オンライン会議の積極的利用や女性社員の上長にプロジェクト参画への個別協力要請などにより、店舗、工場、本部など勤務形態の異なる女性社員が意見交換できる場としている。

  • 本年度以降、バリューチェーン全体でのCO2排出量の把握と削減に取り組む。店舗への食材配送休止日を設けるなど、物流パートナー含む多方面との協議を通じて配送頻度の最適化によるCO2排出削減に努める。ドライアイスを全量蓄冷材に切り替え、保冷シッパーの導入により、ドライアイス使用量を2020年度比で50%削減の見込み。
