Climate Goals & Targets
Medium-term Goals:
- Commit to net carbon-neutral operations by 2030 (from a 2019 baseline)
- Work with parent company TELUS to meet science-based targets by 2030, including to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 46 per cent from a 2019 base year
Short-term Goals:
- Increase AI Impact Sourcing program participants by 15% by end of 2023
- Double participation in community employment programs from 2021 to 2024
- Ensure existing and new suppliers agree to the TELUS International Supplier Code of Conduct by the end of 2023
