- Reduced greenhouse gas emissions from 15,147.31 tonnes of CO2 equivalent in 2019 to 8,519.00 tonnes in 2020. Reduced total non-hazardous waste generation from 7,330 tonnes in 2019 to 3,745.72 tonnes in 2020. Implemented various energy-saving measures including LED lighting, induction lamps, solar energy, and energy-efficient water heaters.
- Installed LED lamps with high energy efficiency in teaching buildings, dormitory buildings, sports fields and other public areas in the schools; For certain areas in the campus, induction lamps or solar energy lamps are installed, which will be automatically turned off when no one is in close proximity; We work together with professional environmental protection companies and use solar energy to generate electricity on campus, with the aim of “self-generation and self-consumption of electricity, with excess electricity delivered to national grid ”
Social Achievements
- Organized various recreational activities for employees, including concerts, sports games, dinners, traveling and outdoor activities.
- Provided diversified training programs for 2,651 employees, including new teacher training, continuous education for professional and technical personnel, and external training.
- Supported teachers and students to participate in community activities, investing RMB 27,832 in the poverty alleviation fund, RMB 24,000 in party member volunteer activities, and RMB 20,000 in volunteer activities for young college students. Sponsored 12 key school-level teams for summer social practice, investing RMB 80,000.
