- Achieved AAA performance rating for biodiversity management in the first year of the Towards Sustainable Mining (TSM) initiative.
- Met all environmental objectives, including obtaining a TSM A rating (or above) for all 6 protocols, complying with all environmental requirements and achieving zero non-compliances, complying 100% with the follow-up and monitoring program, and exceeding quality-related environmental discharge objectives (EDO).
- Achieved AA level for processed kimberlite management.
- Mine operations generated 5% less energy than initially expected (4.87 kWh/kg LNG).
- Use of LNG significantly reduces GHG emissions by 41% compared to diesel fuel.
