Environmental Achievements

  • Reduced office paper consumption through reduced and double-sided paper usage and by promoting the changeover to electronic internal approval systems.
  • Donated abandoned umbrellas to the "Makuake Project" and collected PET bottle caps for donation to the "Bottle Cap Piggy-Bank Promotion Network"

Social Achievements

  • Launched Green Farm Group in March 2018 to provide business opportunities for persons with disabilities (PWDs).
  • Formulated the General Business Owner's Action Plan to ensure all employees can play an active role and balance work and family.
  • Established various employee welfare programs including childcare support, anniversary leave, refresh leave, support for club activities, intracompany sales system, and subsidy system for online entertainment costs.
  • Implemented COVID-19 countermeasures including remote work and online meetings.
  • Provides influenza vaccinations to employees.
  • Proactively accommodates requests for work floor tours for preschoolers and students.
  • Regularly supports UNICEF and Médecins Sans Frontières.

Climate Goals & Targets

Short-term Goals:
  • Increase the percentage of women in management to at least 15% by March 31, 2026.
  • Maintain 100% coverage of childcare leave for women and increase the percentage of men who take childcare leave to 60% or more by March 31, 2026.
