Environmental Achievements

  • Reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 228 tons per year with a photovoltaic system in Malta.
  • Reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 150 tons per year with a photovoltaic system at the Gilching headquarters.
  • Significant reduction in energy consumption and CO2 emissions in the 2022/2023 financial year due to the sale of Raesch Quarz (Germany) GmbH.
  • CO2 consumption declined by 547.1 tonnes due to the use of green electricity since January 2021.

  • Employee turnover rate fell from 12.9% to 9.9% and further to 7.8% since May 2023.

Climate Goals & Targets

Long-term Goals:
  • Achieve a proportion of women on the Supervisory Board of at least 40% by 9/2028.

  • Increase the proportion of women at the first management level below the Management Board to 20% by 9/2028.
