  • The Company incurred a net loss and has not generated any significant revenues during the year ended March 31, 2024. As of that date, the Company has an accumulated deficit and working capital deficit.
  • The recoverability of amounts shown for exploration and evaluation assets is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, continuation of the Company’s interest in the underlying resource claims, the ability of the Company to obtain the necessary financing to complete their development and upon future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition thereof.
