Social Achievements

  • Oxygen made significant progress helping clients deliver social value to their local communities by offering “FreePay”, a service enabling clients to pay its local micro and small suppliers early at no cost. By the end of June 2022 more than 6,000 suppliers were participating in this program. These local micro and small suppliers enjoyed early invoice payments totaling £250m, without charge, during the first six months of the year.

Environmental Achievements

  • Oxygen made its Carbon Reporting tool freely available to the public sector to support the reduction of Scope 3 emissions.

Social Achievements

  • Oxygen facilitated early payment of more than 15,000 small businesses within Oxygen clients’ local communities, receiving over £0.6bn in early payments – at no cost to the supplier.
  • Satago facilitated early payment of more than 820,000 invoices across 20 different currencies during the year – representing >£1bn of faster payments into the economy.
  • Playstack continued to support SpecialEffect, a charity which supports people with physical disabilities through the innovative use of technology.

  • TruFin has implemented a Group Governance Policy within each of its subsidiaries.
  • TruFin operates an Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy and adopts appropriately robust governance procedures to ensure compliance.
  • TruFin also operates a whistleblower policy for its employees.

  • Oxygen’s EP solution is increasingly attractive due to economic volatility and higher interest rates.
