  • Representations from third parties (Oikos Storage Ltd, Shell UK Ltd, Essex County Council, and Thurrock Council) raised concerns regarding pipeline route selection, construction methods, land use, landscape and visual impacts, geology, hydrology, cultural heritage, and cumulative impacts.
  • Changes in planning and energy policy since the initial Environmental Statement (ES) submission.
