• The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic continued to have a widespread impact on the global economy and our business in 2021, particularly as the virus continued to evolve and variants such as Delta and Omicron spread.
• The travel industry began to recover in 2021, particularly for in-country travel, but remained well below pre-pandemic levels, particularly for international and business travel.

• We were encouraged by the increased availability of vaccines and reopening of markets.
• In 2021, despite the lingering headwinds from the impact of the pandemic, we continued to execute our strategy with operational discipline.
