Environmental Achievements

• Calculating CO2 emissions since FY2020 and obtaining third-party assurance since FY2022. Disclosing analysis of climate-related risks and opportunities and countermeasures in line with TCFD recommendations.

Social Achievements

• Developed human resource strategies emphasizing self-driven skills and decision-making opportunities for employees. Implemented HR systems and benefits to ensure employee well-being and long-term career security. Launched an AI training course for all employees in November 2023.
• Established CA Tech Kids in May 2013 to offer programming education for elementary school students.

Governance Achievements

• Established a Nomination and Remuneration Advisory Committee in 2019 to enhance the independence, objectivity, and accountability of the Board of Directors.
• Four out of eight directors are independent outside directors.
