Climate Goals & Targets

Long-term Goals:
  • Achieve overarching goals in 2040 Master Plan.
Medium-term Goals:
  • 60 percent of our residents are physically active by 2027.
  • 20% of energy consumed is supplied by non-polluting renewable energy generated onsite or at an offsite facility on park property by 2027.
  • 500 secure biking spots in 2027.
Short-term Goals:
  • All new construction and renovation includes specific language to our contractors and consultants regarding indoor air quality expectations by 2027.
  • Diversion rate of 75% including construction waste, recycling, composting, and etc by 2027.
  • All new construction and renovation includes specific language to our contractors and consultants about BMP permeability and green infrastructure best practice by 2027.
