Environmental Achievements

• Total emissions for Eurotech Group companies located in Italy in 2022 were 431,000kg CO2eq, in line with 2021. Total estimated emissions for the Group, including all locations, amounted to 889,397kg CO2eq, also in line with 2021 data. Advanet (Japan) showed a steady decline in electricity consumption since 2011 due to efficient planning and implemented actions.

Social Achievements

• Developed initiatives to address work-life balance, fostering an agile and flexible work culture with increased support for smart working and remote work opportunities. Provided 2,800 hours of training courses. Supported employees with professional assistance for annual tax returns. Activated 4 alternance training initiatives for high school students and 1 university internship in Italy, and 1 university internship in the US.
