- Converted three Newmark-occupied facilities to renewable energy contracts and renegotiated three extensions, offsetting 8,292,308 lbs. of CO2.
- Developed a 2.1MW distributed solar project in Valencia, California, generating 4,025,336 kWh of renewable electricity per year.
