  • Processes are highly efficient, generating very low levels of waste and emissions. Climate change and related regulations are not viewed as materially impacting the business and financial statements beyond any inestimable impact on the macroeconomic environment.

  • Commitment to sound corporate citizenship in managing people, business, and societal/environmental impact; compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; regular solicitation of shareholder feedback on ESG topics and executive compensation.
