- Planted 175 trees, estimated future CO2 sequestration of 262.5 tonnes. Provided recycling points in offices and used timers on office lighting to avoid waste.
Social Achievements
- Supported employee wellbeing through education and initiatives, and an Employee Assistance program. Offered hybrid working pattern. Supported various employee events and local community initiatives (Henley Youth Festival, Franklin Templeton Football Cup).
Governance Achievements
- Appointed two new non-executive directors. Established an Executive Risk Committee. Outsourced internal audit function to BDO.

Short-term Goals:
- Return the continuing WM division to a break-even position.
Environmental Challenges
- Extremely challenging market backdrop impacting transactional business, particularly fundraisings. Persistent inflationary backdrop. Decline in market conditions.
Mitigation Strategies
- Raised £5m through a share placing. Implemented cost reduction exercise. Actively explored opportunities and options for the group, principally a sale of all or part of its assets. Further cost reductions following the sale of the CM division.
