Environmental Achievements

• Implemented effective measures to address energy efficiency and carbon emissions/air pollution risks, including dust collectors, bed scrubbers, flue gas monitoring, recycling organic vapors, and a green belt and environmental management cell.
• Prioritizes waste and water/effluent management through secure storage and responsible disposal of discarded containers, handing them over to authorized recyclers, and ensuring proper recycling practices.
• Implemented a mechanism for 100% Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) at three out of five manufacturing facilities. A state-of-the-art ZLD system was implemented at the Research and Technology (R&T) facility in Pune.
• Achieved emissions reduction of CO2e at Taloja, Mahad and Panoli site through renewable energy transition and energy efficiency measures.
• Achieved an annual operational savings of INR 27.8 million through energy efficiency and process optimization measures.
• Reduced around 45 tonnes of ETP sludge per month and achieved operational savings of around INR 3.5 to 4.0 million per annum through Pedal dryer for ETP sludge drying.
