Governance Achievements

• Achieved B Corp status in Sept 18 and became the first financial services B Corp in Wisconsin (scored 144 out of 200).
• As a signatory to the UN PRI, Riverwater can evaluate progress, receive ongoing feedback and tools for improvement, understand overall state of the market, strengthen internal processes, and report action to staff, clients, shareholders and regulators.

Environmental Achievements

• Corning Optical Communications' Hickory Cable Facility diverted more than 6.5 million pounds of waste from the local landfill.
• ICF International helped ENERGY STAR save American families and businesses nearly 4 trillion kilowatt-hours of electricity and achieve more than 3 billion tons of greenhouse gas emissions reduction.
• In 2019, the Excelon Generation owned-generation intensity rate was 100 lbs. of CO2 per MWh, about 90% lower than the national average.
• In 2020, Ecolab's technology saved 206.8 billion gallons of water, equivalent to the yearly drinking water needs of more than 715.2 million people.

Social Achievements

• Riverwater portfolio companies donated over $250 million in cash to nonprofit organizations.
• 100% of Financial Services, Real Estate, and Utility companies offered relief in the form of deferral of payments due for services.
