• Revised SCG Corporate Governance Principles 2022 Edition aligning with international standards.
• Established charters for the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Governance and Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, CSR Committee for Sustainable Development, and Internal Audit Office.
• Implemented policies on director qualifications and nomination, independent director share, limitation on directorships in other listed companies, SCG top executive directorships outside SCG, board meeting attendance, director training and development, insider trading, and blackout periods.
