Reached hepatitis C micro-elimination in 20 out of 46 NHS APA services.
Conducted over 46,468 hepatitis C tests across the NHS APA since the project's inception.
Significantly increased the number of people successfully completing hepatitis C treatment.
Launched the 'Love Yourself, Get Tested' campaign, reaching a global audience.
Developed and implemented changes to data processing, providing intensive resources and showcasing learning.
Created an exemptions framework to manage data exceptions.
Improved NDTMS data returns, including a live data anomaly report.
Developed and implemented a detailed Dashboard on a Page Guide for data management.
Produced numerous podcasts, case studies, and videos to support services.
Implemented a Hep C U Later Engagement Programme targeting primary care, antenatal, and emergency department professionals.

Updated internal Data Management Standard Operating Procedure.
Collaborated with multiple organizations (Hepatitis C Trust, Gilead Sciences, NHS England, UKHSA, ODNs, commissioners) to achieve micro-elimination.
Won the HSJ Best Healthcare Analytics Project for the NHS award.
Maintained close working relationships with stakeholders to ensure momentum and effective pathways.
