• Work on the preparation of the Company’s Registration Statement on Form 20-F in connection with its registration under the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and listing of its American Depositary Shares on the NASDAQ Capital Market significantly delayed the preparation of the Company’s year-end financial reporting process and the finalization of its 2022 fiscal year financial statements and 2022 Annual Report on Form 20-F.

Mitigation Strategies

• The Company anticipates that it will file its 2022 Annual Report on Form 20-F no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
