Environmental Achievements

  • Moved to the Emerald building, the first zero-carbon office building in Benelux, effectively reducing GHG emissions to a minimum.
  • Decreased card renewal frequency from 3 to 5 years, reducing waste generated by expired cards.
  • Stopped sending paper-based reminders to most private customers, saving approximately 1.8 million sheets of paper annually.
  • Implemented a fully digital onboarding process in Austria, eliminating the need for wet signatures and saving paper.

  • Achieved an NPS of 54, with two-thirds of respondents stating they would likely recommend Advanzia.

Long-term Goals:
  • Achieve a gender distribution comparable to the banking sector's overall distribution (55% men, 45% women).
Medium-term Goals:
  • Launch a new ADP and ALP programme cycle every two years (next ADP in 2025, next ALP in 2026).
  • Increase the percentage of women in director-level and above positions to more than 10%.
Short-term Goals:
  • Reach platinum status for WELL building certification by the end of 2024.
  • Offer employees health check-ups by occupational health physicians in 2024.
  • Introduce an internal health day to promote health and wellbeing topics in 2024.
