Mitigation Strategies
- Reduced expenses, conserved liquidity, and planned for the survival of the Company.
- Placed approximately 80 percent of the workforce on furlough, reduced salaries for remaining employees, and implemented remote working and safe workplace policies.
- Secured an additional $125 million in borrowings, providing liquidity.
- Cancelled or delayed material capital expenditures.
- Reinstated base compensation to pre-COVID-19 levels for the employee base and retroactively restored a significant portion of the reduced salaries with one-time catch-up payments.
