Social Achievements

  • Hosted several wellness challenges focused on mental health, physical health and social health, and supported employees with remote activities during COVID-19 lockdown periods.
  • 2022 employee engagement survey presented a significant improvement from the previous financial year survey, with the overall engagement score increasing by 10% and Pushpay had over 93% survey participation by employees.
  • Facilitated a global mentoring programme with 103 mentors and 118 mentees.
  • Donated US$200,004 to The James One 27 Initiative.

  • Formalised a Sustainability Policy.
  • Established an internal, cross-functional working group to take responsibility for developing the Company’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting programme.
