- Hosted several wellness challenges focused on mental health, physical health and social health, and supported employees with remote activities during COVID-19 lockdown periods.
- 2022 employee engagement survey presented a significant improvement from the previous financial year survey, with the overall engagement score increasing by 10% and Pushpay had over 93% survey participation by employees.
- Facilitated a global mentoring programme with 103 mentors and 118 mentees.
- Donated US$200,004 to The James One 27 Initiative.
