Environmental Achievements

  • Updated environmental policy and travel and meeting policy to better reflect environmental conditions and impact.
  • Introduced an analysis model in customer assignments to identify environmental and sustainability impacts and find improvement areas.
  • Increased the number of resources that work with learning and increased our contribution to the employees’ learning in their spare time.

Social Achievements

  • Achieved an Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of 31 (18), a very good score.
  • 22% of employees are women (21% in 2021).
  • 57% women in Group management (50% in 2021).
  • Updated anti-discrimination policy and work environment policy.

Governance Achievements

  • Updated Code of Conduct, including regarding the responsibility of all employees, and established a new Code of Conduct specifically formulated for suppliers.

Medium-term Goals:
  • Achieve an Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of 20 by 2025.
  • Keep sick leave at 3% by 2025.
  • Achieve 10/10 in the annual employee survey on learning by 2025.
  • Have at least 25% women in the organisation by 2025.
Short-term Goals:
  • Reduce own carbon dioxide emissions from scope 1, scope 2 and business travel by 50% by 2025 (base year 2019).

Environmental Challenges

  • Shortage of expertise in the industry leading to high employee turnover.
  • Indirect impact on emissions as consultants, making it challenging to influence customer choices.
  • Need to balance digital and physical meetings to limit emissions.
  • Need for tougher sustainability requirements in public procurement.
