- Decrease in FFB production due to replanting programme and ageing oil palm
- Lockdowns and foreign workers recruitment restrictions severely affected the employment of new foreign workers

Mitigation Strategies
- Continuing with the replanting of the remaining 1,446 hectares of old oil palm at both the Kertau and Pejing estates
- Implementing appropriate and necessary directive Standard Operation Procedures that pertinent to COVID-19 health guidelines and requirements
- Outsourcing the pineapple venture and exploring the prospects of other fast maturing crops
