Environmental Achievements
- Implemented Shut Down on Demand (SDOD) at Kipeto and Excelsior wind farms to mitigate bird collisions.
- Launched biodiversity management programs, including anti-poisoning campaigns and livestock carcass removal.
- Achieved 820,000t CO2 avoided per annum.
Social Achievements
- Launched INSPIRE initiative to advance social performance in South Africa's renewable energy sector.
- Invested $1.6 million in community programs, with $1 million focused on education and skills development.
- Trained 200 young people in various skills, employing 150 on projects.
- Built 84 new, upgraded houses for Maasai families at Kipeto.
