Environmental Achievements
- Promoting paperless operations (digitization), reducing paper usage, recycling used paper, encouraging casual business wear, promoting teleworking, and switching sales vehicles at sales offices to EVs.

- Maintained a 61.5% ratio of female employees (including permanent and temporary employees), exceeding the 50% target. Maintained a 50.42% ratio of female operating workers in Placement and Dispatching in the Short-Term Operational Support Business.
