Environmental Challenges
- The COVID-19 pandemic, and the related effect on the U.S. and global economies, has had, and threatens to continue to have, adverse consequences for our business and operating results, and the businesses and operating results of our portfolio companies.
Mitigation Strategies
- MSC Adviser continued to work collectively with its personnel and portfolio companies to navigate the significant challenges created by the COVID-19 pandemic. MSC Adviser remains focused on ensuring the safety of its personnel and the employees of our portfolio companies, while also managing our ongoing business activities. In February 2021 we entered into a $300 million senior secured revolving credit facility with JPM to replace the Deutsche Bank Credit Facility to improve our liquidity.
