Environmental Achievements

• In 2021, the VBG Group began collecting data and reporting on greenhouse gas emissions in its own operations (Scope 1 and 2).
• Eleven of thirteen operations are ISO 14001 certified.
• The Vänersborg office invested in a new ventilation system that will both improve the work environment and enable reduced energy consumption.
• At our facility in Olawa, Poland, solar panels have been installed on the roof to provide the facility with sustainable energy.

• Continued measures to manage the pandemic and protect personnel.
• Employee turnover for 2021 was 9.3%
• VBG Group encourages all its companies and divisions to get involved in their local communities through supporting local initiatives and charity projects.
• 39 stipends were awarded in 2021, for courses on topics such as programming, languages and leadership.
