• Headquarters in Helsingborg is a gold-certified green building.
• Uses 100% green electricity, around 25% produced locally by photovoltaic panels.
• Launched an initiative to reduce annual carbon dioxide emissions per employee from business-related travel in 2022.
• Successful in developing and monitoring environmental targets; metrics reviewed as part of each company’s management review.

Social Achievements

• MilDef Charity Foundation donated SEK 555,000 to seven organizations in Helsingborg.
• Updated performance management process to identify training and awareness needs.
