- Developed a comprehensive sustainability strategy built around the focus topics of climate protection, working conditions, diversity, human rights, integrity, and the circular economy.
Social Achievements
- Published a comprehensive human rights policy in 2022.
- Increased internal communications activities, adding quarterly virtual global town hall meetings.
- Conducted the first global employee survey within the now combined ams OSRAM team, resulting in over 1,300 initiatives globally.

- Harmonized structures and processes related to sustainability.

- Successfully delivered solid results for 2022 despite headwinds.
- Confirmed its position as the global leader in automotive LED lighting and expanded its design pipeline in future applications.
- Achieved the full set of integration milestones for 2022 and are focused on realizing further progress through 2023.
- Realized several further planned disposals last year, completing the divestment process announced with the acquisition of OSRAM.
- Improved its debt position and balance sheet structure, repaying well over EUR 400 million of outstanding debt.
