- Avoided approximately 610,000 tons of greenhouse gas emissions through transactions in select categories on Mercari in Japan and the US.
- Reduced emissions by 55% (compared to the benchmark year) through actions such as introducing renewable energy.
- Reduced emissions by 3.4% on an output level basis (compared to the benchmark year) by promoting unattended delivery and introducing Eco Mercari Shipping.
Social Achievements
- Launched Mercari Hallo, an on-demand work service, exceeding 5 million registered users.
