- The Company’s renewable energy projects are typically located in emerging nations and, consequently, may be subject to a higher level of risk compared to more developed countries. Operations, the status of renewable energy licenses and the recoverability of investments in emerging nations can be affected by changing economic, regulatory and political situations.
- As at July 31, 2017, the Company has not achieved profitable operations and has accumulated losses since inception. There is material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern.
