Environmental Achievements
- Implemented waste sorting and resource recycling to improve resource utilization rate and environmental management in accordance with waste disposal and management methods.
- Regularly review and assess the fair market value fluctuations of invested financial products to identify all risks (including market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, and cash flow risk), enabling the company's management to effectively control and measure market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, and cash flow risk.
Social Achievements
- Provided employee benefits such as labor insurance, health insurance, group insurance, employee bonuses, employee travel, employee health checkups, year-end bonuses, and employee stock options in cash increases.
- Established an employee retirement fund supervisory committee to ensure employee retirement benefits, complying with the Labor Pension Act and the new system of the Labor Pension Act.
Governance Achievements
- Established an audit committee in 2020, replacing the original supervisory function, with three independent directors as ex-officio members.
- Established a remuneration committee composed of two independent directors and one specialist member to evaluate and review the company's overall remuneration policy, establish and regularly review the policies, systems, standards, and structures of performance evaluation and remuneration for directors and managers.

This can reduce communication costs and increase sales prices, enhancing the company's product competitiveness in that country.
Short-term Goals:
- To meet the ever-changing needs of the downstream market and maintain sales of uninterruptible power system products, the company will continue to develop power-related products with market competitiveness, such as surge protection extension cords with USB charging ports, thinner and more aesthetically pleasing automatic voltage regulators, and more specifications of lead-acid batteries.
