  • Obtained Gold Certified Green Building Certification for 23 additional stores, bringing the total to 50 stores (covering more than 2.3 million sq. ft. of development).
  • Total commissioned capacity of 4.2 MW on the rooftops of 46 stores through rooftop solar plants.
  • Installation of low-flow water-efficient fixtures, rainwater harvesting pits, and Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) at several stores.

Environmental Achievements

  • Commissioned 36 solar plants with a capacity of 8.2 MW, bringing the total to 226 solar plants with a cumulative capacity of 36.0 MW. 24.1% of total energy requirement at these premises is met through solar energy.
  • 217 buildings achieved Green Building Certifications (38 Gold under US GBC LEED, 1 Gold under Indian GBC LEED, 178 Gold under Indian GBC).
  • Reduced plastic packaging by 70 MT through reduction of non-essential packaging and incorporation of recycled content plastic in packaging of our own brand products.
  • Recycled 64,843 MT of paper waste and 5,437 MT of plastic waste.

Social Achievements

  • School Excellence Programme supported students from 10 Municipal Corporations and 2 Zilla Parishads, covering more than 300 schools and positively impacting more than 136,000 students.
  • Supported several external institutions running impactful programmes in education, healthcare, environment, and nutrition.
