Environmental Achievements
- Reduced GHG emissions by 20.6% for vented emissions and 5% for stationary diesel consumption in 2022 compared to 2021. Planted 600,000 saplings for afforestation and 417,710 for reforestation, resulting in an annual carbon removal of 22,390 tCO2e.
- Successfully sunk an Airbus 330 aircraft to create an artificial reef in Saros Bay, increasing biodiversity and tourism.
Social Achievements
- Created approximately 15,000 job opportunities during the construction phase, with one-third benefiting people from project-affected provinces.
- Implemented the Social and Environmental Investment Programme (SEIP), generating 4.38 TL of social value for every 1 TL invested.
- Established a grievance mechanism, handling nearly 5,500 complaints over 10 years.

- Established a Compliance Directorate directly reporting to the Board of Directors to strengthen compliance with anti-bribery and corruption laws.
